Horsham Based Company in Top Ten of Best Big Companies to Work for in 2012.
Horsham's largest employer and one of the world's leading global insurers has topped the list of insurers in The Sunday Times 25 Top 25 Best Big Companies to work for in 2012. Royal and Sun Alliance's UK business finished sixth in the overall list, coming ahead of Zurich (17th) and Axa (19th). The Sunday Times list identifies best practice and is derived from the views of employeers and the policies and processes of the employers.
Adrian Brown, RSA UK chief executive, said, "This is an incredible result. The fact that this is based on our employers' views makes me especially proud. Putting our people and customers at the heart of our organisation is how we'll achieve our ambition."
